At approx 4:40pm a crew working to install a new water main line damaged our fiber optic conduit and cable. About half of the Heritage Ridge Neighborhood was affected by this damage.

Our crew worked through the night to get service restored to all of Heritage Ridge. Work started around 9:45pm and was completed around 2am. We are very proud of our local crew and the hard work they put in to make this repair happen in the dark and cold night.
Also - a big thanks to our customers who were all super friendly and understanding about the damage and unfortunate loss of internet service. Thank you Community Fiber Customers!
